The employees were incredibly nice and accommodating and kept it all clean. It was based in charming old building in a good and unbeatable location, to most major sights. Chinoiserie, where you can eat good food, was set 5 minutes walk away. In the restaurant they served ethnic cuisine dishes.

The staff was very unhelpful.

The rooms were a nice size with all kind of facilities a closet, TV, the shower, the breakfast was hearty.

The room was reasonably large with an extremely comfy bed and dryers, shower caps and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was excellent for walking around Sloane Square. The area was very posh adjacent to Harrod's, Victoria and Albert Museum, Hyde Park, pubs, restaurants, upscale shops, and local bars.

Good hot breakfast with juices, sausages and toast freshly made, unbeatable location. Welcoming staff and quick to respond. Quite convenient, minutes away from a subway station.

I recently stayed at The Diplomat Hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Victoria Coach Station and Hyde Park Corner. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Despite being a single room, it was impeccably clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a private shower with underfloor heating. The price was great value for money, considering the location and amenities provided.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely small room, just about enough for a bed and a sink

I really liked my room. I had booked a single and it was more than enough. It was also nice and quiet and the staff made a big effort to make me feel welcome. They even put chocolates into my room and sometimes its the little touches that make the difference. The staff were friendly and the quality of the room considering the price was very good. They had every channel I could want on TV too.

It was just a little further away from my office than I expected but the walk was a pleasant one so it didn't really bother me too much. I had stayed in another hotel closer to the office two weeks earlier and the quality wasn't even close.

This hotel offers incredible value for money in a very quiet area. The location in an upscale neighborhood ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff at this hotel are very attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms are decorated in the style of the Victorian classics and come with a comfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price is delicious, with the best fried bacon in town.

No major issues, all was absolutely fine.

The rooms airy, huge with three quarter bed, tea/coffee facilities and hairdryer. Location near to Kensington and Belgravia, Sloane square, nice neighbourhood and London for 10 days.
